This dessert sounds amazing. I’ve personally been on an oatmeal bender lately, ever since I started eating Chex gluten free oatmeal on a fairly regular basis. And browned butter has been making a great showing in the kitchen lately as well, since it’s so easy to make and tastes fantastic on pasta, shellfish, over popcorn, with nuts, and many other things.
Definitely going to be giving it a test run!
